Review by hotel critic
Hotel Rosenblatt provided a delightful Christmas experience in Cervia, a town rich in history and charm. Nestled on a serene street, it offers an unbeatable location close to both the picturesque old centre and the inviting beach, making it easy to explore the local vibe. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring an impressive array of homemade pastries, assorted cereals, and fresh seasonal fruits—perfect for sharing with loved ones. Dining at the hotel was equally memorable; each evening’s four-course meal was a sophisticated affair, bursting with well-balanced flavors that delighted our taste buds. What truly stood out was the warm, family-like atmosphere, fueled by the diligent and friendly staff. They went out of their way to ensure that every need was met, making us feel genuinely valued. We also appreciated the heated pool and hydromassage bath, providing a wonderful space to relax after long days of exploration. If you're seeking an authentic cultural experience alongside comfort and strong conservation values, Hotel Rosenblatt is an excellent choice for your East African adventure.
